This is the lightest and most compact stroller for travel available. Its sleek design allows it to fold into an elegant rectangle shape and the wheels are easier to turn than others.

The stroller also has an ample storage space under the seat, as well as a shoulder strap that makes it easier to carry when you're not pushing it. But the canopy adjuster can cause a lot of noise, which might disturb a sleeping toddler.

1. Contours Itsy

The Contours Itsy is a compact stroller that has a variety of features for its size. The back under-seat basket features a spring-loaded mechanism, so you can push the basket down to store the backpack or diaper bag and then it will pop up to secure its contents. It comes with a child's accessory holder and an adjustable reclining seat pad. This is more than you would find on a typical lightweight stroller.

Additionally, it has an impressive canopy that can be opened and close to provide the sun protection you require. Additionally, the handlebar is height-adjustable in four positions to ensure a good fit. We weren't too impressed by the quality of its ride on rough surfaces. We felt the suspension and wheels did not do a good job of absorbing shocks and bumps.

It's a great stroller for travel because it arrives in a box fully assembled, and requires only a few steps to get it set to use. The seat can be pushed back and forward to adjust the recline. It's a bit flat. Two buttons on the frame allow it to fold and unfold. It also fits in the perfect carrying bag when it's not in use. It's actually one of the smallest strollers we tested, and it can meet the requirements of many airlines for cabin storage or gate-checking on airplanes. 2. Kolcraft Cloud Plus

This stroller is an excellent option for those who require a stroller that is lightweight for travel. It comes with everything parents would want in a stroller, such as all-terrain wheels and front suspension to ensure an easy ride. It is also incredibly lightweight at less than 12 pounds. It folds with one hand and stands up on its own. It even has an adult tray and a child tray and two cup holders.

Its design isn't high, and it did not perform well in our maneuverability test. It is a slender frame which makes pushing it over rough surfaces feel like lifting heavy weights. This might be fine if you only use the stroller on paved paths, but for the majority of people, it's going to not be comfortable.

The Cloud Plus features a three-tiered extended canopy with a peek-aboo window for additional sun protection. Its multi-position seat can be used by children as heavy as 50 pounds and uses a 5-point safety restraint system. This is an excellent feature for older toddlers who have outgrown infant car seats.

It's small and folds in one step. It can be folded by pressing the button. It also comes with a convenient foot-activated break that is easy to install and release.

However, the handle is a bit lower than many of the other strollers we looked at and some parents may be uncomfortable for long periods of time. It does have a handle lock to keep it in place when open however. This is a great feature to have if are planning to use the stroller over uneven or gravelly terrain.

3. Munchkin Sparrow

The Munchkin Sparrow is the ultimate travel stroller for parents on the move. This ultra-compact stroller is easy to fold up and down and easily fits in overhead compartments on planes as well as in trunks at the amusement park (no need to worry about parking fees). It comes with a convenient zip carrying bag for easy storage. It can be used with the infant car adapter from birth and provides good sun protection by utilizing its canopy. The only drawback for certain parents is that they feel the style to be dated and unfashionable.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ stroller is more expensive than other light single pushchair single strollers that connect. However, it was designed specifically for urban living and luxurious travel. It's among the smallest single strollers that connect that fold (and includes a convenient carry case), and it has a nice amount of storage, including cups holder. The seat reclines to almost flat for both the child and adult. This is the only stroller in our list that comes with a car seat adapter to allow it to be used with a newborn. The handlebar cannot be adjusted and could be an issue for parents who are short.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 may not be the lightest single pro stroller, but it has a lot of amazing features that help children travel more easily. The spacious seat reclines to a flat position, and has additional padding to make the naps on planes last longer. The extendable canopy has a lot of sun-shade and the tray on the front offers a good amount of storage. It also has a footrest with springs that doubles as a handle when folded. This footrest is vulnerable to damage by baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Minu V2

Uppababy Minu V2 is an elegant stroller with high-end design and quality. Its compact size allows it to easily navigate narrow streets and tight spaces, but its robust construction ensures it can handle rough terrain without compromising your child's comfort. Front and rear spring-action suspensions create a more comfortable ride for both of you, while its sturdy materials ensure it can withstand every day wear and tear without losing its shape. Additionally it can be extended to accommodate other accessories such as a bassinet or infant car seat.

In our testing, the Minu was easy to fold and maneuver even with a baby in the hand. Its squat nearly square fold which unfolds into thirds, is among the most simple folds we've seen and allows it to easily fit into overhead compartments on planes and public transport. It comes with a combi single stroller-action color-coded brake that is easy to use.

The seat has a multi-position recline and one-handed adjustable leg rest, which makes it easy to find the ideal position for your child. The UPF 50+ hood came down quite far and was perfect for protecting Cora's eyes from the sun (though not as low as other strollers). The medium-sized mesh window is attached magnetically to the canopy and closes without the use of noisy Velcro.

With a weight of less than 15 pounds At just under 15 pounds, the Minu is easy to carry thanks to its built-in carry handle and a shoulder strap. It can also be stowed in the trunk of your car, and it comes with a storage container and access to Uppababy's TravelSafe program, which provides two years of manufacturer's warranty and covers replacements for items damaged during travel.

5. Joovy Aire

Joovy, an established stroller brand offers a variety of models. This lightweight stroller is a great option for parents looking for a sturdy stroller to take their children. It is simple to move, has plenty of storage space, and is not difficult to fold. It's not the best choice when you're looking for a car seat-compatible model, or a double stroller, though. It won't work with infant car seats, and your children must be able to sit independently before they can use the stroller starting from the beginning.

This stroller is loaded with features and is offered at a very affordable price. It scored higher on our maneuverability test than other strollers with similar specifications. It's also a great choice for smooth paved surfaces. It also has a lovely canopy and plenty of storage including a large tray for parents. The handlebar is a bit smaller than average and the front wheel suspension is stiffer but it's still comfortable for adults.

If you have twins or two children of different ages, you may consider a stroller that is side-by-side is the best way to move them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove. It comes with a variety of features and is small in size which means it can be placed in places where other side-byside strollers won't.

It features reclining seats that are individually adjustable, a large canopy with a peek-a-boo window and tons of storage. It's a bit heavier than some other side-by-sides, but it has a decent weight capacity and can be used by children weighing up to 50lbs. You can also add an infant bassinet to the front of the stroller to accommodate infants.

The Caboose RS Sit and Stand Stroller is a luxurious version of the stroller. It has the same fantastic features and can be fitted out with a bassinet, so you can bring your baby home in style after leaving the hospital.
