World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

The upgrading of your equipment is a vital element of equipping your character. Upgrades increase the base damage and enchantments of items.

They also offer bonuses and improvements. They can be purchased by contacting the Blacksmith.

Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade items button on it. Each item recycled adds a level to the gauge of upgrade.

Weapons

When an item is upgraded, it will gain a base damage bonus as well as a scaling factor that can affect other stats. Certain upgrade components have cosmetic effects and others provide additional attributes. These upgrades can be added to armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools. The majority of them require that the item has an upgrade slot and meet certain requirements. The upgrade component can be removed from a weapon, armor or trinket, but it will not be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be found through the Black Lion Salvage Kit, Ascended Salvage tool, or high-tier salvaging tool for an item.

A weapon can also be upgraded to include a calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, like Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This can be done through the Gear Workbench's interaction menu. This can be done four times based on the weapon level.

Once the weapon has reached max upgrade, it can be reforged using a variety of different upgrade types to boost specific stats or to add bonuses and effects. These upgrades can be used simultaneously, and their effects will differ based on how rare the weapon is.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game that can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area, and Smithing Master Iji in the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both require different upgrade materials: Smithing Stones for standard weapons and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the type of damage that a weapon inflicts.

In general, it's advisable to improve your weapon's damage first. Then you can improve your armour defense and, finally the secondary stats required by your build. It is not uncommon to see melee Druids upgrade items their weapon before upgrading any other equipment. This will increase DPS. This is especially applicable to enchantments, which are extremely effective in boosting the damage of a weapon and other stats.

Armor

Item Upgrades let players enhance the base stats of certain pieces of armor, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools. These upgrades may also have other effects, such as an increase in damage or cosmetic enhancements. Best item upgrader Upgrades are available through crafting, buying from NPC vendors, in loot drops, or as rewards for quests.

The armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC, and spending the appropriate currency. Most of the time, a piece of armor can be upgraded to the next level after an upgrade is applied. This can be done for any type of armor, though some items cannot be upgraded at all (such as the armor used to start in Great Sky Island).

The majority of armor upgrades boost the item upgrader mod's defense or strength by just a little. However, certain upgrade components can provide significant increases to strength or defense, especially when upgrading an item that is epic.

Some upgrades provide special abilities that can be activated when wearing armor. These abilities can be useful in combat, for instance giving a boost to attack speed or blocking. Certain upgrades can have effect that are passive and can be useful for example, decreasing damage when wearing armor, or increasing the chance to dodge an attack.

Based on the type of armor, upgrading an item could require multiple attempts. For example, if a player wanted to upgrade the strength of a Steelclash armor to Dragonscale the first attempt would result in a new piece of Dragonscale with the base defense of the ages of 59-67. The second attempt will result in the creation of a Dragonscale armor that has a base defense of 67-77.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To upgrade their armor, players must visit the four Great Fairy Fountains found in the game. Each of these locations holds the power of a fairy who can upgrade one piece of armor for the player.

Contrary to what many believe it isn't a necessity in The Division 2. Some armors offer a significant boost in the reduction of damage from poison spells, curses, magic or fire. This makes them useful for certain builds. Additionally, there are ways to boost armor stats beyond the use of upgradeable armor, such as the engineer trait to boost armor penetration, or the challenger trait to reduce the weight of the entire armor.

Potion

A potion can be upgraded by placing it in an brewing stand in order to unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks a new tier of potion effect, and can be repeated to get more potency levels.

The potion also gains an individual color code, that the player can pick via /give, and that can affect the area-of-effect clouds as well as arrows created by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color code of the potion is also applied to the effects of the potion's particle effects.

The water bottle, common and thick potions and difficult potions, now have a different the texture of brewing. The potion of weakness was added to the potion of healing in Creative inventory. Trinket

This bizarre trinket appears to be influencing the denizens of this maze, making them more common. At its current level the trinket makes all types of mimic Xx more common and gives every floor an X% chance to have an ebony-colored mimic. This trinket requires a small amount of energy to upgrade.

The magic of this enchanted scepter appears to affect the dungeon itself which makes it more likely to generate water and grass. At its current level this trinket makes X% of floors filled with grass or water, however it won't affect enchantments or symbols, cursed weapons or armor, or items that are created to aid in the elimination of hazards.

While it appears like an ordinary eye of a newt, this mystical Best Item Upgrade seems to affect your vision in ways that go beyond just reducing your field view. At the moment, this trinket can increase the total health gained from drinking potions of healing, waterskins, and wells of health by X% and gives you vision on enemies within Y tiles. This trinket cannot be combined with the Heightened Senses.

Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you've completed the Mastery Cave. You can find them after defeating Monsters, and in chests and crates. They are not in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

When you have a trinket which needs to be upgraded then place it in the Anvil to do so. This will have an effect on the trinket, either increasing or strengthening its effects. You can reforge the Trinket multiple times as often as you wish, however it will always have an effect that is different from the one it was when you made it.

You can also enhance your Trinkets by placing them in a magical catalyst at the Alchemy Station. This will cost you 6 energy and increase the trinket's power by only a tiny amount.
