A ladder that is able to be rotated as well as a desk on wheels that can slide in and out, and a three drawer cabinet and chest are all included. It's important to note that many midi loft beds that have desks require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden slatted bases. This is not included in the cost of the bed, therefore we recommend looking at our mattress deals to find one that suits your budget!

Mattress

Most midi beds accept standard UK single mattresses, and the top bunk comes with a safety rail to give you extra peace of mind. Some models have an trundle drawer with a pull-out that can be used for sleeping overs, or for adding additional storage space underneath the bed. They can be open or fitted with doors (please look at the product's specifications for more information).

Many midi cabins include a desk that can be moved from one level to the other or chests. This gives children the space they need to store everything they own. It also means that they don't need to make use of floor space by using bulky shelving or wardrobes.

Some models have gone one step beyond with cabinets that are flush mounted or even a part of the headboard or footboard. This is great for storing books and toys.
